Abby Flamholz is Chief Investment Officer and a Partner for both Nextgen Signal AI and Worth Venture Partners, where Abby leads on investment strategy and oversees the development of AI-driven asset management solutions. Her extensive experience in the financial industry includes notable positions such as, Managing Director, Head of Convertibles and Special Situations at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, and Managing Director of Convertibles at Bank of America. Additionally, she was a Co-Founding Partner at ADAR Investment Management. Throughout her career, Abby has also held various director and VP positions in equity-linked sales, trading divisions, and convertible trading and sales at Bank of America, Natwest Capital Markets and Bankers Trust. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from New York University.
